I applied to the position in June and didn't hear back until mid July, once the process kicks off it moves fast. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but my HR recruiter always made sure to keep me updated and informed of all the next steps. The first stage was a task, then a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, then a zoom call with the hiring manager and finally a final interview with his manager. The process was really smooth and all interviewers made me feel comfortable.
After the final interview i had to wait a week to hear back with a decision but received a call to inform me that i had been successful during the process.

I interviewed for the global accounts intern position. It was super laid-back and informal in a way. She asked about my journey and experience and gave me some insight on what the position entails

- Tell me about yourself - Where do you see yourself in 5 years - Why TikTok, why this position?
Interviews with multiple rounds with managers and hiring representatives, with initial resume drop. Went on for a month with contact on a weekly basis over email and Lark, which is their internal video communication platform.
