- Fast and clear process. Interview process was laid out at the onset and outcomes were communicated within 24 hrs.
- First two rounds of interviews conducted via video calls, with the “Chief of Staff” (30 min) then the Principal (1 hr).
- Agenda for the first call was focused on getting to know you and your experiences. The second call was a deeper dive on items uncovered from the first call, with a focus on understanding my thought process. Be prepared to be challenged.
- Did not advance past the second call, but received specific, actionable feedback on developmental areas.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a personality test, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, several technical rounds, and finally a long deep dive into my work history. Although there were many rounds, it was a fast-moving process. It's a small team, so I met everyone multiple times, which gave both sides ample time and opportunities to ask questions, raise concerns and provide feedback.

Interview process:
1. Apply online
2. First-round interview: A video call to get to know you and discuss your strengths and weaknesses. They will also share a large document detailing the company's mission, strategy and information about the principal.
3. Interview loop: Four in-person interviews, each lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour:
-; Case interview with the Principal focused on project management
-; Interview with HR: Discuss motivations and your career goals
-; Case interview with the CFO on data analysis and drawing conclusions
-; Case interview with the Chief of Staff, also focused on a project management scenario
4. CV deep dive: A 2-hour in-person session covering detailed questions about your CV.
The process is engaging and generally enjoyable. Everyone I met was friendly and open, and willing to share their own motivations and experiences with the company.
I'd consider the interview process difficult as getting through the cases and all the relevant details in the allotted time was challenging.
