A very unprofessional bunch of individuals is how I would describe those that I met with. They sped me through four round of interviews in a single week, including a panel interview. Their VP was very dismissive from the start and wore a scowl the entire time. The hiring manager asked me to provide a complete overview of their marketing program and analyze a set of data after all those interviews. I don't like doing free work, but since I had invested 6 hours into interviews, what was another five. I completed a detailed write up of their program and sent it to the hiring manager. She did not even have the courtesy to respond in any way. I finally reached out to her after not hearing back for a month, and immediately received a generic form letter saying they were not proceeding with my application. The hiring manager nor the HR rep that spoke with me many times had the courtesy of notifying me of their decision, and I would have heard nothing that I not reached out. The company seems poorly run if those I spoke to are any indication. They mentioned multiple times that they had just fallen into their roles and had little to no experience, so it is odd people like that are making calls on what constitutes an actual expert. I'd avoid this company until they get more competent hiring decision makers.
