Applied Online - Called in and completed two interviews. The DM shared the salary and it was not enough money so declined to go further in the process. The overall process was very laid back.

Entrevista
I went through four different interviews with various levels of management. All but the final interview were phone interviews. The final interview was a one on one with the general manager. They mainly asked about previous jobs and how your experience in those positions applied to working with the company. The interviews ranged from a half hour to an hour in length.
