Interviewer #1 didn't show up on time in her own store and was 25 minutes late meeting me. Interview went extremely well and I was offered a second (and informed of a third!) interview for the next week. The next week no one called so I figured they moved on and were too rude to say so. The week after, the interviewer called again. I told her I figured they had filled the position. She said no, that she was out of the store and interviewer #2 was busy with something else. I saw the pattern of poor time management but figured it wouldn't hurt to be understanding because 'life happens'. We set up interview #2 for the next day at 2:30pm on Teams. No one called.
