Im curently going theought the peocess. They first sent me a list of questions to answer. After they called me an told me i had a phone interview. She told me to be prepaired to have a 5 min sales pitch call.

The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.

3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
