Pretty straight forward interview questions. They first set up a phone interview, then you move on to an on-sight interview. You must present a 2-3 minute sales pitch during the 30 minute phone interview. They're very curious about your work and education history, and the further in depth you can go, the better. Definitely ask a lot of questions, as the exact nature of this company isn't exactly clear.

All questions were standard interview questions, the sales pitch is where you could easily get thrown off. It is a sales job and they want to make sure you're able to handle the task.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
