A lot of initial videos, tests, during the interview process I had an initial call with the recruiter, then I went to the office to interview with the HR recruiter I was speaking to. It went really well, I was showed around the office and saw the environment I would be working in. I feel like it was a great showing and got to learn a bit about the company having a shadow with a new employee and a veteran employee. A day later I was invited to go back to the office and have another interview with a hiring manager and his colleague that also went really well. A couple days later I was offered the job. During the interview process and meeting I felt that I was prepared and they did a really good job of letting you know what you would be doing and wanting you to succeed on both their end and mine. The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.

3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
