Entrevista
I had a first interview with HR, then one with with the development team. One of the interviewer didn't show up. The interviewers didn't seem to enjoy much that company. It's been several months and nobody contacted me back to tell me I didn't get the job.

Entrevista
First I had one phone interview. Then I got an interview at their office with 4 people. They have a nice office with a cafeteria in the middle. At some point they gave me a 30 min written test while the 4 guys were staring at me and asking me to explain the problem and think out loud. I got nervous and just couldn't concentrate. This approach can make you under perform, what I did. Next time I will refuse this kind of interview and walk away.
