The interview process was horrible, unprofessional, and unorganized. The overall process took 4+ weeks. I was an employee referral from a reliable and dependable employee. My first interview was a phone call with the recruiter. My second interview was in person at their NY office, where I interviewed for 3 HOURS with 6 employees. Only to find out 2 WEEKS later that they would like me to come in and meet ONE more member of the team who was out when I interviewed. I was told that I should know their decision within a couple days. It has now been almost two weeks and I have still not heard back from them. I had the experience they were looking for, very strong references, and an employee referral. Overall the interview experience was very unprofessional.
