Very technical and works off of the STAR Method. As an experienced HR/Talent Acquisition professional, I appreciate genuine dialog and conversation. Not so analytical. I was not impressed with the hiring manager and she did not seem impressed with me. It seems she already had in mind who she wanted to hire but had to go "through the motions".
