Let's start with the fact that the interview process was extremelly long for a position of this level. Since the start I felt an unprofessional attitude from the HR who "wrote down" everything I said but then was asking me again about details (like my salary expectation, notice period and honestly the basics that they always ask about) every time she was giving me information about the next rounds. So apparantly she didn't note anything down. Moving on I had my first interview with the Director of the Marketing sector (the only person that I actually liked and communicated well). After that it only goes downhill - I was asked to go to the office to present a presentation that they made me do (which I already presented to the director and they make you prepare before the first round , so in case you "fail" they are not even going to invite you for the interview) and I was told that I will present it to the "team". I went to the office where I found only one person present, all the rest of the poeple were joining online. Two of the people on the zoom call were with the cameras off and clearly doing something else as the questions they asked me afterwrds were completely not related to what I presented. Then I had to meet another manager that was not at all connected to the role and all of this took 1 hour and 30 min. Nobody was able to give me information on when I will get an answer. After I waited 2-3 days I asked the HR and she told me 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks passed she told me they progress me to the last stage which is with VP. This interview was out of this world to me - this person had the most ancient way of thinking and was not trying to hide it even quite the opposite - he was telling me how people need to go to the office so they can control their way of working (even though the team I was applying for was not based in Barcelona). I asked him to address the bad reviews that the company has on Glassor and his literal answer was that he doesn't care because the reviews are written by young people who know nothing about corporate culture and how you grow. He conitnued to tell me that people need to learn that you can't have both flexibility and high income at a position and you have to choose etc. In general I don't know how I held my self back to not tell him off. After the interview the HR again didn't come back to me and I had to ask her for the answr. Shortly I received an answer saying that they decided to move with someone else. This I received after going to in total of 4 stages with presenting at 3 of them. I answered that I would like to recieve some kind of feedback as I went though all the stages and of course noone got back to me. These people just don't care at all - the company gave me the feeling that they want people who work at least 10 hours per day and have the mindset of proving themsleves and then getting MAYBE a bit of money more but yeah in general wouldn't reccomend to anyone to waist their time applying.

I have interviewed for 2 jobs at this company in the past 4 months, both I am technically still in the running for. The first I have made it to the final round and then was ghosted, this was after an assessment, 3 virtual interviews and 1 in person one. The second, I made it to the second round, and then was ghosted again. Not sure what is going on at this company but it is clearly incredibly disjointed. Feeling totally disrespected, but maybe thats just interviewing in 2025? Regardless it's awful.
