The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was entirely remote. My recruiter was also the one interviewing me. She kept the interview informal but to the point. This was during the height of Covid so we were all getting used to the new format of working from home.

How would you deal with someone that is being rude or upset on the phone ?
they go very in depth about your studies and past experiences. Background check is needed, training was good, yet most of the things will not be needed when the job is being performed. As always.

Entrevista
Applied online took about 2 days for a recruiter to contact me. The first interview (over the phone) went well and I was invited for my second interview. I was greeted by the recruiter who brought me back to her office and then lead me to a meeting room. I sat there for ten minutes before she came back and stated the the hiring does not want to speak with me (because of my job history) she proceeded to tear me down. Waste of my time and gas for the hiring manager not to say anything at all. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
