It was fairly laid back. In fact, I wasn't scheduled an interview so much as asked to "pop in" during certain hours during the weekend. The manager seemed nice and it felt more relaxed than a lot of interviews I've done. While I didn't get the job I can't fault the interview process. In fact when I asked for feedback the manager was good enough to give me a suggestion of something to work on, which I really appreciate.

Interviewed by a portuguese /angolan guy, short interview -about 10 mins-probably they are looking for a very dumb people to exploit, the better ignorant about job laws and rights the better they hire.
