Spoke over the phone with plant manager, took welding test. Three tig welds. All in the flat/horizontal. One fusion Filled out a paper application. Spoke with the sheet metal Forman for about 10 mins

applied online and got a phone call the next day asking if I had worked in sheet metal before. Turns out the union walked out and they needed people to replace them and training would be given.
