-Applied for job via Indeed -Contacted for interview set-up -First in-person interview -Second in-person interview At the end of the second interview, both owners (Julia & Jo) said I would be contacted by the end of the week with Jo adding that they liked me and would like to make an offer but just had to look over budget before making it an official offer amount. I knew this wasn't locked in , but thought at very least I would hear from them by the end of the week. I did not, so I followed up via email and then phone the following week. Never hear back so waited another 2 weeks and email followed up again. They never got back to me. The lack of professionalism to even say they decided to go a different direction etc after telling me they were going to make an offer was rude. The CEO Julia unfortunately has an overwhelming control of the company and I just from being in the office for the total of almost 3 hours from the interview process, I can confirm the previous employees company review.
