The recruiter screens you first. Second interview is scheduled but may be weeks out. The interview was a conversation highlighting your skills and resume. Very nice employees however they prefer internal candidates from what I can see.

Entrevista
Interview was straightforward. Questions were related to the subject matter. 3 interviews. One with the recruiter, another with the hiring manager, and another with Senior Vice President. One of the easier interviews I have done.
Applied online and was emailed by a recruiter. Had an interview with the recruiter and then an interview with the team. Was completely ghosted afterwards, even after multiple follow-up emails.

Entrevista
It was pretty easy. I answered questions then got the job. Then I accepted the job and started working there. After that I enjoyed working there. After that I continued to work there.
