I applied via LinkedIn and hear back from a non-technical recruiter within a week. The recruiter was very knowledgeable of the team and Turo and it was refreshing speaking with him each time. My interview was quickly scheduled after that. I had a 45minute interview with the hiring manager and then had 4 30minute interviews scheduled as a final round. Everyone was very nice, attentive and asked good questions on my responses. This allowed the interview to be very fluid and conversational. I really enjoyed this interview process and am thrilled to be working at Turo now.
