Entrevista
Hiring process is consisted of a phone interview followed by a in office interview, typical of what'd you expect, they ask you come professionaly dressed. At orientation you will be quizzed on the skills needed to be a painter, and then you get assigned a partner to begin field work with.

Entrevista
This is just about the extent of the process when i think back, cause there was no actual testing. And i had no problem getting the job despite using several drugs including heroin.

Wasnt as directly asked but would have been nice if they did. Do you like being screwed over, treated like crap, talked down to like your stupid, having the most obvious things pointed like your blind, always being set up to fail, and in general walked on and kicked around? But was phrased like, so why is it youd like to work for twin city painting when you could work with other or bigger companies making alot more money, better hours, better benfits, that would be better than working for us, because after travel expenses youd be making under minimum wage.

Entrevista
Exhaustive. A phone interview, in person, and with upper management as a third interview! You have to drive down to Longview for the first in person interview which wasn't too bad if you miss traffic.
