Entrevista
There was one hr round and one technical round. There were three people in the panel, the interview was 2 hr long,
First hour was of questions based on your resume and some technical questions on oracle sql concepts. Second hour was for writing queries in sql and some plsql procedures.
I answered all the questions and wrote all queries which as per me were correct.
Next day I recieved a mail from HR that the interview was good and if I was actively looking for a job at that time. I said yes I would like to join and start soon. After that there was no response not even to the mail I sent asking for an update.
The team didn't even have the audacity to inform the candidate if they are not selected.
Wasted my time. The post for job is still up after more than 2 months. Why send a mail saying the interview was good and giving a positive response and then just not replying to anything.
