The interview went smoothly. I could sense after the compensation question, that the tone of the interview changed. That is fine, but I think this company should probably to a compensation analysis in the Ann Arbor area before posting on LinkedIn... Perharps, adding the salary range would avoid the waste of time on both of our sides.
