Owings Mills is part of a three a store franchise. The owner of the franchise is ok but he has a woman, Patty something or other, running the locations for him. She seems to be on some power trip fueled by her out of control ego.All three locations are suffering and it is largely due to her. Maybe he'll get it, eventually.
