Started with online application, brief phone call with hiring manager, follow up interviews with senior management and finally a call with HR. There was an emphasis on having strong writing skills and accounting background. New focus is on being an active member of the community. Make sure you have specific stories ready to go, such as a time you found & resolved conflict with a manager/customer/etc.
