Recruiter called about one week after applying. She reviewed the position, hours and pay rate with me. I went over my resume and qualifications, she then scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager whom asked 2 background questions and 4 star based questions. A few hours later I received an offer. Overall quick and streamlined experience.

They did not get back to me, they ghosted me and then sent me emails to rate the experience. I felt ignored after reaching out to the HR and no reply still.

Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
