After a phone screen, there is a first round interview with the manager of the working group you will be reporting to if hired. Questions are mostly conversational in nature. They will ask you what you did in your previous role, and what interests you in the current role that you're applying for. The only disappointment, the manager made it clear that they're doing a bunch of first round interviews with a bunch of other candidates, but no decisions will be made about whether to hire anyone or when. It sounded like they are just resume farming for now.
