I did a phone screening and a panel interview. The panel interview was one hour long and they asked a series of hypothetical scenario questions. I never heard back after the panel interview. I reached out to the recruiter and was ghosted.

I applied a few weeks ago. A recruiter emailed me to have a 15 minute phone screen. She asked basic questions but quickly we both knew I was overqualified and she passed me onto another recruiter for a more senior role, which I appreciated.
