I applied online with my CV and cover letter and was invited to complete the online arithmetic test and situational test. The arithmetic test gave me data of stocks and shares for certain fictitious companies and I had to analyse this data and answer questions on the information. The situational test provided me with different situations that I could be presented with in an office environment and I had to choose the option that is closest to what I would do in real life. Then I had an interview online where I was presented a question on the screen, had a minute to think of my answer and then a set amount of time to record my answer.
