Entrevista
The process was pretty straight forward. I intially applied through my University career services. At that point I received an email that they wanted to interview me over the phone. Was not hard at all, mainly behavioral with some brain teasers thrown in. About a week later a received notice that i had madde it to the second round and went into the office for a super day. This round was a little more technical but still had more fit questions than I expected. A couple days after that they let me know I had an offfer.

If we were playing Russian roulette and had one bullet, I randomly spun the chamber and fired but nothing was fired, would you rather fire the gun agian or respin the chamber and then fire on your turn
Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
