Applied using Tritonlink. Was contacted via email to set up an in-person interview. Got asked typical questions like "Why are you applying to be an assistant here?" Fair interview, nothing unexpected.
Asked generic questions about who I am, my work history, how I resolve conflicts with coworkers and technical questions about my role and responsibility. Had a panel of three who took turns asking questions and sharing additional information about the role.

They were very friendly asked questions about myself. Asked to summarize how to perform a qPCR. They never made me feel too stressed and appeared to be very understanding. They were open to discussing salary
My PI was sweet but stern when she needed to be. The interview process with her basically included questions about your work ethic and your personality. Most look for a well-rounded person who can adapt quickly and is also able to work independently.
