I applied online and was contacted two months later by the marketing department's hiring manager to set up an in-person interview. The first interview consisted of a panel of six different people from the department. It was a little overwhelming, but they were all very nice and professional. Before the interview, I was asked to complete a writing assignment and also submit samples of my past professional writing work. I was invited back for a second interview with the panel, which was much easier than the first. This interview mostly consisted of simple questions about rating my skills in various tasks and answering questions about how I deal with different issues that may arise while working on a project.
