I applied online and got an email to schedule an interview. The interview was through zoom with a panel of three people from the unit I chose. I think they gave me about 30 minutes to interview. They were all very nice.

This process was very long: applied in august, 1st interview middle of November, 2nd interview early December. Interview was via zoom (you and two people interviewing you). I was disappointed that it was all via zoom as I feel this did not give them the whole picture, but it was sufficient. They were very matter of fact with limited feedback and sometimes seemed uninterested in what I was saying. They loved when I showed personality, passion, and emphasized continuing education. They want to know you can talk to people
