I was recently approached by a recruiter about having a conversation with a partner at another firm. I recently lateraled to my current firm and I’m very happy where I’m at. My area of law, though, is quite small, and I’m wondering if it’s worth going back to my previous recruiter to get me in front of the partner just to get my name out there.
