They had me complete 3 rounds of interviews. On my last interview with the director, everything went well until I told them my salary expectations. The hiring manager called me and we talked about a few things and she said they wanted to move forward but she’d have to check on the salary and she’d get back to me in a few days. A week later I never heard back so I followed up again. Still no response. The hiring manager ended up ghosting me. It’s a shame this company puts you through the entire interview process to tell you they want to hire you and then can’t afford to so they ghost you. Stay clear. Red flags all over.
