After having a lovely phone interview with a woman who said that if I didn't hear back from her within a week that I should be the one to reach back out and I would definitely hear something, I was left completely in the dust! I reached out when I heard nothing and not a reply. Very rude when candidates spend their time preparing, and all after I had a great experience and was looking forward to at the minimum an email back.
