Entrevista
Interviewed by three unit directors (one is not director) separately a day. Each gave a tour around the unit before asking questions. All very friendly and nice and easy to talk to, but could tell that I was not one director's first choice when giving a tour.

First you do a talk interview and if it goes well, you will be asked to shadow a specific unit that you are applying to - the shadow is part of the interview so how you interact with environment will be taken into account

Entrevista
Standard phone interview/screening; they asked about my education and background, interest in the field, etc. 2nd interview was also pretty standard. Then an hour or so of shadowing one of the long time MTs. Mine didn't interact with me a whole lot so it got a little boring, but depending on who you shadow with and what the patients are like at the time, it could be really interesting! This MT will report back if you engaged with patients (a positive if at an appropriate time), asked questions, etc.. So don't forget that this is part of the interview as well. Then a quick follow up with the unit director before leaving. I was called with an offer by the end of the week.
