Submit resume. Emailed for interview day and time. Answered 6 multiple part questions to a board. Only one speaker asked the questions, everyone else evaluated and scored the answers. No feedback given on how the questions were answered. At the end of interviewed I was asked if I had anything questions or comments for the board.
