This was a phone interview for a temporary position. The questions followed the outline of the job description. A number of questions focused on interpersonal skills. It was also made very clear this was a temp position.

Direct question and answer with unknowledgeable individuals. The managers interviewing read from a script and did not know about the duties of the position. I wish they had an interviewer present who was more familiar with the position.
