Met with Manager of Talent Acquisition. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, she explained the role and requirements in detail. I asked questions regarding tools available as a recruiter and expectations. We discussed my fit within the team which was important, as well. It was a great interview experience - the Manager was open and honest about the role.

Entrevista
Very fair interview. All interviewers were kind and down to Earth. Nothing felt intimidating at all and there were even some laughs through the interview. I have two interviews and they were both amazing.

What type of ATS have you used and what type of roles did you recruit for?
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Scheduling was very easy and manager provided all of the details ahead of time. I met with about 3 people during the course of my interview day.
Recruiter calls, team interview and manager interview.
Process took a very long in between and I was constantly following up with the Recruiter at the time who left the company as soon as I started.
