Had the weirdest interview experience ever, extremely unprofessional and careless. I spoke with a recruiter after she saw my application via LinkedIn and she requested an interview on a specific date and time but never confirmed it or sent details on how the interview was going to take place; zoom details, Google link, phone call ect . I reached out her the “day of” via LinkedIn to let her know that I was waiting for her call and she just asked for my availability again (should of acknowledged the first red flag) Finally had my first interview which I think went well because I was scheduled for a second interview on that same week. A few hours before my second interview, I noticed that the person who was supposed to interview me looks at my LinkedIn profile, following that I get a Google meet cancellation for the second interview. I didn’t receive an explanation or an email rescheduling this second interview, in fact I never heard of them again..
