I was connected to USPTO through the Future Leaders in Public Service program. The interview process was painless and straightforward. My supervisors asked me general questions about my background and experience, but did not ask any behavioral questions, probably since the position was primarily research oriented. Much of the interview was spent discussing the team's work and the kind of assistance they were looking for.
