They first gave me a phone interview and asked a few general questions about why I wanted to work for Gannett. They also asked why I thought I was a good fit for their company? They then had me come to DC for a face to face and had we do a writing test where I had to write an article about a current event. I then met with the producer and he asked me general questions about production and how to use different equipment. He reviewed what the hours and the starting pay was going to be and stated that they would give me a call by the end of the week.
