applied online, got call to write java test . it was graded and was called for a test in c++. communication was through emails. and finally gave a test in math i.e calculus. had a 1:1 interview with the manager at last. interview was pretty easy. deciding factor is tests.

Submitted resume, waited a week then gave a call. Received an email and set up an interview. Once interview was set up, started preparing. Interview came. Went and they asked basic questions. Think they already had a person selected but had to just interview couple more.
