I had three interview rounds on the same day and was informed that I had cleared all of them. For the fourth round ,a case study ..I submitted my work but didn’t hear back from HR about the final panel. After multiple follow-ups, I was then told that I hadn’t cleared the interviews at all. This was confusing, as I had previously been told I’d passed the first three rounds and only the final round was pending. After investing significant time and effort in the process, the overall experience was disappointing and felt uncoordinated. My point of contact throughout was Kanka Halder from Talent Acquisition.
