I did the interview for UBER's Costumer Service. First a telephone interview with a woman, smooth and straight forward. They sent me a one hour test with hypothetical cases to do. The same recruiter called me to tell me that I had been "very successful" and that I would have the interview with the hiring manager. As soon as I started the last interview by Skype, I saw that the interviewer made a weird face, and turned BACK. I speak Spanish with an Argentine accent, because I am Argentine. The interviewer was Spanish. He did the interview with me very reluctantly, I asked questions, which he answered very briefly and obviously I received an email that I was not selected, and not a word of feedback. I will NEVER forget the gesture the interviewer made when I began to speak. Discriminators is little. We can understand each other perfectly despite some phonetic differences.
