I was recruited for this job from my LinkedIn profile. I talked with a recruiter then an Executive Assistant. Ten days later I was interviewed at headquarters. They sent me an Uber code for a free ride to and from my interview, which was great.
The interview process consisted of three different executive assistants rotating in to interview me. I think it would have been much more efficient and less time consuming if they would have all been in on one interview with me. I spent about 15 mins waiting between the first and second interviewer.
The third interviewer gave me a heads up about the company. She said it's long hours, and you need tough skin. I got the feeling they were looking for someone who would be putting in 60-80 hours a week, minimum.
Seems like a great company and a good place to work if you are ok with the hours.
