Entrevista
Multiple rounds including two tests - one quantitative and one on communications as well as a presentation. Quantitative measured ability to crunch the kinds of numbers that a GM at Uber would be looking at, such as what periods were busiest, in a limited amount of time. Communications test measured ability to market Uber and deal with customers. Final round was a presentation - I had to develop and present my plan to hit the ground running, explaining what I would do in my first 6 months on the job.

The hiring manager interview I recently had was outstanding. They were professional, genuinely interested, and created a relaxed atmosphere. What do you like about your current position? What are your salary expectations?
Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
