Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Uber (Buenos Aires) em dez. de 2015
Entrevista
1.- The recruiter sent me an email.
2.- She scheduled a ConCall.
3.- She arrived late to tell me we need to reschedule.
4.- We have the Skype call next day. On time.
5.- After 30' talk, usual stuff, she sent me the link to make a test. She said it was like a Mckinsey test.
6.- This is not a test, is more like an complete evaluation in different levels. MS-Excel is the first thing you need to know, then you have to know how to manage raw data and the most important, you have to know about UBER business like a regular employee (32 questions, in two hours).
7.- After that you have to be prepare for the second test. Not that analytical but more creative one.
8.- Three interviews: 2 with another GMs (if you get lucky, maybe those guys know about your region and problems) to finish with your future boss.
9.- The worst evaluation ever: After answering a million questions about Uber business, you have to build a business plan considering Uber business in your city for the next six months. I can't tell you how many info you have to manage to create this presentation and to talk for 90 minutes.
10.- Maybe you don't have to talk about 90 minutes, but you have to be prepare to.
11.- I guees UBER knows what they need for their new employees, but the climate is changing and I guess they should consider change the analytical part for the political one. New Uber management needs skills to talk with politics and union bosses, than any other thing.

What do you like about your current position? What are your salary expectations?
Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
