Entrevista
After 2 month of recruitment consisting successful interviews and technical interviews. The response was: „You are great candidate and team leader liked you but recently we have new policy, we only hire those who have permanent residence card or citizenship”. So, why I was interviewed for 2 months? And even if the new policy was approved that week, why there wasn’t an exception for me because the whole interview process started 2 month ago? I never was so irritated from the interview process. However, the recruiter was very supportive and great person.

There was first HR round
Then a technical interview which was based on SQL. They had me write many queries. There were 2 interviewers on the meeting. The difficulty level was medium.
