Entrevista
Hiring process is rather fast for a big company. A few hours after sending my cover letter and resume, I was invited to a phone interview. After that, I was scheduled for a 24-hour questionnaire, which involved critically assessing a game I have played before. Less than a week after that I was contacted for an interview with lead designers at the studio.
At the point of writing this I am scheduled for a second interview.

Tell me about yourself.
After this question the interview kind of turned into an enjoyable conversation regarding game history, game components, life as a game designer and life at Ubisoft.

Il colloquio è stato molto conoscitivo, mi ha fatto domande su di me e sul mio percorso per poi spiegarmi qualcosina su come funzionava l'azienda, sui loro ritmi lavorativi e su come potevo fare a entrare da loro.
The process was outlined clearly in advance, and generally conducted with professionalism and respect. The entire process consisted of two written tests followed by two Skype interviews, all spread across a month or so.

Entrevista
Ubisoft Milan 2018 - After sending your CV (I had a personal website) they will call you to set a meeting at their office. Their interview is split in different phases:
1. Test: elaborate a draft for a game choosing from 3 given game types
2. First interview with the recruiter
3. Second interview with lead designer
4. Third interview with producer
