Standard rounds of interviews with relevant business partners paired with lengthy personality and aptitude tests. One of my tests even involved temporary installation of graphic design software on my personal computer to convey proficiency. Ultimately after jumping through these hoops I was offered a contract role that was different from what I applied for. I believe it is their practice to cast a wide net and grind you down into excepting less through the time you put in etc. Lovely facilities but somewhat disrespectful interview process overall as many qualified professionals wouldn't tolerate the nonsense.
